As a mindfulness and wellbeing practitioner I offer one to one, and group, guided meditation and wellbeing sessions. I focus the mediation around my clients and their needs at that time, as well as positive affirmations, to help and encourage them towards their desired goals; or to support them through a challenging time in life; or just for relaxation and centering.
As well as guided one to one sessions I also offer group guided meditation, sound bath, and wellbeing sessions. These involve creative arts and therapeutic activities to encourage relaxation and refocus and putting my clients wellbeing first in what can often be a busy world.
