I founded Arte-Sara to offer a selection of services including coaching mentoring and wellbeing to support children and young people. Having worked in education for over 10 years I have often found that there is a real need for further support for children and young people. During those years I have worked in behaviour, SEN, and ADHD, across early years and secondary.

As the world changes and more children and young people are dealing with anxiety, behavioural challenges and mental health struggles, it was the right time to offer a bespoke and tailored program to help and support as many children and young people navigate their way through the world in a positive, happy and fulfilled way through coaching mentoring and wellbeing.
